Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Return Eligibility

 

You can initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your product.

 

Order Cancellation

 

You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped and falls within our cancellation window.

Cancellation Period: Orders can be canceled within 2 business days of placement.

Processing Time: Once an order is placed, it typically takes 2–3 business days for us to process it for shipping.

 

If your cancellation request is received before the order is shipped and within the specified timeframe, the order will be successfully canceled without any charges.

 

How to Return a Product

 

To return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA):

Contact us to request a return authorization. You will receive an RMA code (e.g., RT-FSFJ-YYYYMMDD).

2. Package Your Items Securely:

Include the following in your return package:

A note with the order number.

The reason for return.

3. Inspection Upon Receipt:

Once your return is received at our warehouse, the following steps will occur:

The external packaging will be inspected for damage.

The product and accessories will be checked against the provided checklist.

Any missing accessories will be replenished.

Damaged outer boxes or scratches on products will be repaired or replaced.

4. Further Handling:

After inspection, the product will either be restocked or prepared for a one-piece direct sale.

 

Important Notes:

All returns must be pre-notified, and an RMA code will be provided.

Items without an RMA code will be classified as unclaimed and handled at the warehouse’s discretion without compensation.

Returns should avoid weekends as our warehouse does not operate on Saturdays or Sundays. Any loss due to weekend deliveries will not be compensated.

Final item counts will be based on the actual number of items received at our warehouse.

 

 

Packaging Requirements

 

To ensure your return is processed smoothly:

Securely package the product to prevent damage during transit.

Include the RMA code on the outside of the package.

Ensure all accessories and components are included in the package.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the cause of the return:

If the issue is due to us (e.g., defective product, incorrect item):

We will cover the return shipping fees.

If the issue is due to the customer (e.g., unwanted item, wrong selection):

The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
